About
OPS Care Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Provider based in Melbourne, specialising in the management and operation of SDA homes across Victoria.
Our name reflects what we stand for: OPS – Outstanding Professional Service for SDA property owners, and Care – genuine care for the participants who call these properties home.
Our team combines 18 years of real estate and property management experience with over 20 years of disability sector experience, bringing together strong property expertise and a deep understanding of participants’ housing needs.
We manage SDA across all design categories, including High Physical Support (HPS), Robust, Fully Accessible and Improved Liveability, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and sustainable housing outcomes.
We work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators, SIL providers and property owners to support smooth transitions, effective communication and well-managed SDA homes.
For property owners, we manage every property with the care we would give our own — proactive, responsive and transparent in everything we do.
For participants, we respect individual needs, preferences, privacy and independence, supporting their choice and control over their home and support arrangements.
